      KETO is short for Ketosis which is a state that your body enters when you cut carbs. In Ketosis, your body turns to fat for fuel. It is actually a more efficient method of delivering energy. You feel better AND you lose weight.
      When you no longer have excess body fat, you should still moderate carb intake and you’ll never struggle with weight again.  Many people take in 5 to 10 times the carbs/sugar that they actually need. At that point your body has no choice other than to store fat. With a Low Carb/KETO diet you allow your body to function as it was meant to.
