Thanks for reading! I like the fact that I can control my weight. Instead of just hoping a low calorie diet alone can produce results. Some people use a low carb diet to lose weight like once a year. Like a correction just before summer. But moderating carbs in general is very smart since most of us consume WAY more sugar and carbs than our bodies will ever need.
I’ve been told in the past that a Keto diet is one of the worst types of dieting, this article had changed my perspective on that.
