I have tried a low carb diet but this sounds more focussed and effective. It makes a lot of sense that without the carbs and sugar your body has no choice but to use its fat stores. Thank you for sharing. Reply
Hey Catherine! Thanks for reading! I like the fact that I can control my weight. Instead of just hoping a low calorie diet alone can produce results. Some people use a low carb diet to lose weight like once a year. Like a correction just before summer. But moderating carbs in general is very smart since most of us consume WAY more sugar and carbs than our bodies will ever need. Thanks! Jim Reply
