When you hear about the ketogenic diet, the first thing you perhaps think of is what could possibly make it as good as people say. The answer is, there are enough benefits to change your life.

      Thanks for reading! I like the fact that I can control my weight. Instead of just hoping a low calorie diet alone can produce results. Some people use a low carb diet to lose weight like once a year. Like a correction just before summer. But moderating carbs in general is very smart since most of us consume WAY more sugar and carbs than our bodies will ever need.
